What you are walking into
[SHINJI] Legends Battlegrounds is a Roblox stickman fighter by Arts of Vermillion. Matches are player versus player. The official goal is to fight until you become the ultimate legend. Characters are original stickmen or stickmen drawn from anime and animation. The game says it can be played on any device. Each server holds 15 players.
Start on Martial Legend. That kit has been free since launch, it is complete, and its moves do not depend on hidden variants. Jun and Shinji are also free. Virus Overlord is Early Access.
Official keybinds
These inputs are printed on the Roblox game page:
| Input | Action |
|---|---|
| Q | Dash |
| Q while ragdolled | Evasive, also called ragdoll cancel |
| F | Block |
| G | Awaken |
| Left click | Light attack (M1) |
| B | Emote wheel |
The page does not publish a separate mobile button map. Treat the on-screen buttons as the same six actions. Do not assume a fan diagram of button positions is official.
A first-session loop
- Join a public server and pick Martial Legend.
- Spend the first exchanges blocking. F stops most committed strings. If you mash M1 first, a finished kit will check you.
- Use Q to step in or out. A dash is movement, not a free combo starter.
- When you are knocked down, press Q to ragdoll-cancel. That is the difference between lying in a string and getting your block back.
- Land light attacks only after the opponent whiffs or drops block. Four-hit chains end in a knockback on the documented kits.
- Press G only when the ultimate bar is actually full and you have a reason to transform. Awakening in a 1v3 usually gets you focused.
- Open B only after the fight. Emotes do not help neutral.
What success looks like
You can name all six official inputs without looking them up, you recover from ragdoll with Q, and you block a full M1 string instead of trading into it. After that, read one character guide and learn a single confirm. Do not collect routes from old combo videos until you know whether they need Private Server+ Dual Moveset. That modifier puts base and awakening moves on the bar at the same time and is not a public-server ruleset.
Device and performance notes
A destruction-physics setting was added on 23 March 2025 specifically so low-end devices can turn environmental destruction off. Photosensitive mode and a shift-lock offset have been in settings since 7 October 2024. If cutscenes stutter, those display options are the documented fixes, not a code.
